c.os | CurateOS is operated by OneVenture FZCO. We respect your privacy and process personal data only where necessary to provide requested information, respond to enquiries and develop relevant business relationships.

Depending on how you interact with c.os, we may collect:

• first and last name;
• business email address;
• company name;
• job title;
• information you voluntarily provide about a business, marketing challenge or project;
• information relating to your interaction with our content, forms or communications.

Where you use a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn may pre-populate certain information from your LinkedIn profile before you decide to submit the form.

We may use your personal data to:

• provide content you requested, including the c.os Q4 Field Guide;
• respond to enquiries or business challenges submitted to c.os;
• provide an initial point of view on how a challenge might be configured or addressed;
• communicate with you about your request and relevant c.os services;
• manage potential or existing business relationships;
• improve our content, services and business-development activities;
• meet applicable legal, regulatory and accounting requirements.

We do not sell personal data.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar legislation applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases:

• your consent, where consent has been specifically requested;
• steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, including responding to a request or business challenge;
• our legitimate interests, including responding to relevant business enquiries, developing professional relationships and improving our services, provided those interests do not override your rights;
• legal obligations, where processing or retention is required by law.

If we want to use your information for a separate purpose that requires consent, such as a regular marketing newsletter, we will request that consent separately.

5. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

If you submit information through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, your details are transferred to c.os after you choose to submit the form.

We use those details to provide the requested content and, where appropriate, to follow up directly regarding your request or related c.os services.

LinkedIn separately processes personal data according to its own privacy policy and terms.

6. Sharing of Personal Data

We may share personal data where necessary with:

• service providers supporting our website, communications, analytics or business operations;
• technology providers used to manage business enquiries or project workflows;
• professional advisers;
• contractors or partners where necessary to respond to a specific request and where an appropriate legal and confidentiality framework is in place;
• public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not provide your personal data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

OneVenture FZCO is based in the United Arab Emirates and c.os operates internationally. Your personal data may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United Arab Emirates.

Where applicable law requires it, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers of personal data.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Business-enquiry and lead information that does not develop into an ongoing business relationship will be reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

Where a business relationship develops, relevant information may be retained for longer where necessary for contractual, accounting, tax or legal purposes.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• request correction of inaccurate personal data;
• request deletion of your personal data;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
